Subject - Organizing My Frazzled Mind! Organizing My Frazzled Mind! There's a commercial on TV right now where the screen very quickly flashes photos and they pile upon each other at a frantic speed. I told my daughter the other day, that's how my mind feels a lot of the time. In our world of high technology, speed is what everyone is focused on. The problem with that is we end up becoming very stressed from the never-ending input and change. So, what can we do to change how our brain is feeling? Two things come to mind--remember to breathe, and get organized! Both will be incredibly helpful in getting us to a less stressful, calm place. Remember to Breathe The first, remember to breathe sounds easy but it's not. How many times have you found yourself literally holding your breath waiting for something to happen or something to pass? We tense up in anticipation of those things we're not prepared for, things that we are anxious about, thing that we fear. Release Your Mind How many of you are stressed about money? You cringe when you hear the word budget because you don't have one. My financial planner told me that if people would lie out their finances on paper and make a plan that most would find out that things are probably better than they think. If you take the things that you fear, things that make you anxious and sit down, breathe and make a plan for how to deal with them, you will find that most are nowhere near as worrisome as you may have originally thought. Remove the Stress Something as overwhelming as an out of control, cluttered room can be incredibly stressful and make you feel frazzled. Now close your eyes and imagine how you would like the room to be. Clear and organized I'd expect. Notice how that makes you feel. Is the stress melting away? Now how can we accomplish this? Divide the 'Big Picture' Looking at things in the big picture can often be too much. We don't see an easy way through what we're trying to do. Break it down into baby steps or small parts and it suddenly doesn't feel quite as much to deal with. Tackle the Easy Stuff First tackle the easy stuff. The obvious trash. Are there newspapers you can toss, anything broken? Get a garbage bag and get that stuff out of the room right off the bat. That should clear out some space for you to work in. Next pull out anything that you no longer need or want and would be willing to donate. Donate to Ease Stress I've found most people have a much easier time tossing unwanted items to donation since they feel the items will still be used and not just thrown away. Once you pull those items out bag or box them and take them directly to the trunk of your car. Don't leave them in the room or you will be tempted to pull something back out. Avoid Getting Overwhelmed Taking those steps will free up some space not only in your room but also in your head. You will feel a sense of accomplishment and positivity which will then motivate you to move forward. The better you feel about what you've done, the more you will want to continue what you started. Most people stop in the middle of the project if they feel frustrated or feel that they're not making progress. By taking baby steps and working at something for a short and productive time, you will avoid that trap. Is a whole room too much to tackle at this point? Then focus on something smaller like maybe the trunk of your car, a closet or even just a drawer. You can take the same approach described for the room and use it for a smaller area. Pull Out Your Calendar One thing you can do to alleviate feeling stressed and overwhelmed would be to pull out your calendar and make a plan for the next month or even the next few months. Jot down all of the events you know you'll be dealing with and see where you might have time to yourself. Time to regenerate and spend sometime doing something you enjoy. Block out those times just for you. That time is just as important as the time you spend running around doing things for other people. Create a Meal Plan Perhaps one thing you can do is to create a meal plan just for the dinners for one week. Look and see what you have in the freezer or cupboard and then plan some meals. Make a grocery list to augment what you have on hand. If you can take worrying about dinners each day out of the equation, this will free up your mind for other things or for that relaxing time we were just talking about. |

Blackmoney
Blackmoney
There are various estimates being done on how much money is stashed away secretly by Indians in Swiss Banks. Some say it is 1450 billion dollars equivalent to around 65,785,630,000,000 Indian Rupees. Some say, it is even more. There are 40 more Tax haven countries similar to Switzerland and no one is even guessing the number of zeroes in the amount of black money that could be hidden by Indians in those countries.
The call to bring back the Money to Indians is on. Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev to the modern kid who has learnt to like Facebook is all echoing the same thing, – bring back our money! The ruling party and the opposition, the bureaucrats and capitalists, all of them combined who runs the Indian nation to make the rich richer and poor poorer are against it though. Different reasons, excuses and tactics to divert attention are being used to keep the amount safe and hidden in the Swiss Banks.
Whether or not the huge sum of money is brought back, the dreamers, visionaries and optimists all alike are campaigning already how this money would help India and Indians to become the country of our dreams. True, if this huge money can be somehow brought back it will do miracles. The entire foreign debt can be paid back in a day’s time, poverty can be eradicated, better schools and high end hospitals, bullet trains and air connectivity, everything that is a dream now can probably be nurtured.
Let us now stop dreaming for a while and come back to the realization that we live in the same India.
Time and again, it has been proved that the current nature of democracy and system of the Indian state machine favour the rich more than the poor. We have more than 40% of the population living below the global poverty line, more than 70% lives on an earning of less than 20 rupee per day and yet 0.012% of total population of India possesses investible wealth worth one third of India’s Gross National Income. This means the remaining 99.88% population possess two-third of the GNI. There is clearly a parallel economy in the country which has led to unseen parallel governance in the country, ruled and manipulated by the Capitalist class of India.
So when the huge amount would be brought back, whom would the amount mainly serve? Who will run the show, ensuring proper utilization of these funds is a question that needs to be asked. There is little trust on the current political system based on caste, creed, power and money to manage the funds in a fair manner.
There is a good chance that most of the funds will be used in developing of corporates, industries and sectors at the cost of the poor and the needy. Investments on mega dams for power, SEZs for industrial development, mines which would relocate ethnic people will grow in numbers. The Government would in all likelihood push aggressively these development activities. Staggered resistance from locals who are divided across borders, languages, tribes, castes and creeds will be of little use.
Another concern here is how would this lead to inflation, rising costs of commodities and cost of living? With huge money pumped into everywhere in the country and knowing the way our capitalist and business class works, it is inevitable that prices of a lot of commodities would actually get higher. Whether it is milk or petrol, eggs or pulses, every sector would try to catch on the investments made all over and go through a fair increase in prices.
Most importantly, with the huge amount of money now in India’s pocket, the value of rupee and dollar would change. Price of dollars will decrease and one can imagine the extent to how India’s booming IT sector would suffer. The IT, ITES and BPOs of India majorly depends on the dollars for their living. There are also lakhs of small scale freelancers, a small scale industry who provide services as outsourcers or merchants and depends on the dollar for their bread and butter. With the dollar value down to a big extent, their profits would no longer be enough to call them profits in the first place. As such the big IT industry here stands at a clear risk. This risk needs to be assessed, the severity levels analyzed and the risk needs to be mitigated well in advance. The Indians who are known to be reactive rather than being proactive must be prepared with alternatives and better plans.
There is no denying that we NEED this huge black money recovered for our country’s good, but one must be prepared with the negatives of this aspect too. Unfortunately, most of the intellectuals, media houses (most of them puppets of the Indian rulers) are not even thinking about the negative sides and we are again heading towards a reactive approach, which is risky and dangerous. Probably we are sure that this money can never recovered and the dream will be dead soon.

Subject - how to feel good at work
Take control. Your happiness is your responsibility. Happy people take time for things that enhance the feel-good factor, so build at least one activity you love into every day.
• Talk to your boss. Take the lead. Make sure you understand what’s expected of you. Ask for regular feedback. Maybe you can negotiate taking on more of the work you like and losing some of the tasks you enjoy least.
• Reject negativity. It just drags you down. Happiness is contagious.

You must have noticed that if you change queues, the one you have left will start moving faster than the one you are in now. Or the child who sings a nursery rhyme beautifully in front of his/her parents will be totally silent when s/he is asked to perform before visiting friends. Or when you dial a wrong number, the phone is never busy at the other end and you have to face the embarrassment of apologising to the receiver.
When your computer goes out of order, you start fiddling with it but it never works. As soon as you call a computer engineer, his sheer presence makes the machine jump into action as if nothing had happened before. You fall flat on your face.
Life is full of such mystifying incidents. When these things occur we feel so frustrated as if the whole existence is conspiring against us.
Is there some logic behind it? There may not be an intellectual explanation for such happenings because they are beyond the scope of logic,

Do you all, still having faith in our government,in preventing these terrorism ?
Do you all, still having faith in our government,in preventing these terrorism ?.Sorry, you are having wrong faith!
Our govt will always do only one thing,i.e giving good media coverage in all forms, after the attack have been successfully materialized.
There will be, always, numerous channels, news papers, blogs and e-papers filled with tons of shocking images of these attacks, taken through high quality cameras( mark 3's,DX' s& much more..).and lots of profound comments and critics, which will be very much live for one or two days after these, unfortunate incidents.
And surely, there will be some candle lit prayers for those poor souls,of the victims, which paid the price for taking birth in this earth, filled with disgusting humans, advocating their blind beliefs and foolish concepts regarding ( so called ) their "GODS"!.
And after some days, these memories will fade away, our spirits will return, our medias will switch over to some famous sports, films and politics.Governing body will create a commission to investigate these atrocious attacks. Some millions will be wasted for strengthening the security walls, which doesn't really exists.Ministers will be changing their offices to continue their sleep!
As a saint said long ago, that, ' this universe will remain unbalanced until the demise of its last human alive'.
We,the humans are just like a ' cancer disease spreading on universe' by engulfing and destroying all the things in its way.
The moment, when a man, think about, 'GOD' as a separate entity, the "divine balanced state" of this universe,is lost. The periods, that follow after these concept will always be filled with all possible damages, which had been well recorded in our past history of our human race.
Nothing can be done to revert these false ideas from our dogmatic and foolish minds.
'LOVE' alone can change this, degraded and rotten human race. And,
'LOVE' cannot be manufactured from any factory, and it emerges from the base of our 'Heart',when the 'Hatred' is been removed.
'LOVE" is not a 'concept' or a material, which is to be created or produced,separately..Its is the very base of this universe, and filling the entire universe.
All we have to try, is to remove the hatred from our heart and there exists 'LOVE' which may be also termed as 'GOD'.
"GOD IS NOT A RELIGION".
"GOD IS LOVE,LOVE IS GOD"
Bombs and bullets will always separate us form "GOD"
Thanks for reading,up to this last line.!!

horrible tragedy
Firstly, lets keep aside yesterdays horrible tragedy and think about the events of 2008 wherein the complicity of our neighbour is very evident. What steps have been taken till date to ensure that such events do not happen? No amount of policing is going to ensure that such events do not take place unless the root cause is resolved/damaged sufficiently. I am not advocating a mad rush to settle these causes but some concrete steps. As for you being wary about security cameras which invade privacy, that is something that we will have to accept as we have done with pat-downs at airports. That is one freedom that we will need to forgo to ensure lives are protected. To counter the negative aspects, people will have to be more sensitive about their surroundings. But I personally do not think that just installing some cameras are going to solve anything just as we witnesssed a murder in Coimbatore with no police personnel to monitor it since it was a Sunday.. What a joke!!
Terror attack
The only positives one has seen after Wednesday’s Mumbai blasts are:
1. The considerably improved reaction time of the Mumbai, Maharashtra and Central authorities, including the Anti-Terrorism Squad, the police, the forensic laboratories and the home ministry.
2. The information flow and handling of the media, starting from the press conference by the Home Minister P Chidambaram, helped squelch rumours in the initial hours after the blasts. The minister was calm and measured, polite to a fault, refusing to get badgered by an aggressive media.
3. Despite a few leaks suggesting that someone had been arrested, the home minister consciously lowered expectations of a quick break-through, saying that the investigations would take time, and no one should expect quick results.
It’s easy to slide into despondency and easier still to fly into a rage and rant against the government after an incident such as the blasts in Mumbai.
As is natural, the rage and frustration translates into negative comments and destructive criticism – which the government reacts to on the defensive. The opposition, whichever the party concerned, takes advantage of the predicament of the government in power, calling for resignations, calling the government ineffective, and generally grandstanding and politicking.
The police, the intelligence agencies and the home minister are tied to whipping posts, at the mercy of all who care to whip them.
